Summary: Thrive collects the data you provide and the business data you connect in order to operate and improve the service. We do not sell personal data. We use industry-standard security practices to protect it.
Thrive CEO ("Thrive," "we," "our," or "us") operates the website at thrive.ceo and provides business intelligence, analytics, and marketing services to restaurant businesses. For the personal data of visitors to our website and holders of Thrive accounts, we are the data controller. For the personal data of our clients' end customers that we process to provide the services, we act as a data processor on the client's behalf. For privacy inquiries, contact hello@thrive.ceo.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use one client's business data to benefit another. We share information only in the following circumstances:
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third parties. Where campaigns are sent on a client's behalf, recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of any purchase.
We retain account data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward to resolve disputes and comply with legal obligations. Connected business data and end-customer data are deleted or returned upon account closure or on request.
We use TLS encryption for data in transit, restricted and logged access controls, and separation between each client's data. No system is completely secure; we encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.
Our website uses an essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not run advertising trackers on thrive.ceo. If we adopt analytics cookies in the future, this policy will be updated first.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact hello@thrive.ceo. We will respond within 30 days. If you are an end customer of one of our clients, we will refer your request to that client and assist them in fulfilling it.
Clients using Thrive to contact their customers are responsible for ensuring their campaigns comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and all applicable laws, including obtaining proper consent from recipients.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the website at least 14 days before taking effect.
