Thrive CEO is a business intelligence service for restaurants with multiple locations. It connects to the systems you already run, watches every store's data continuously, and tells you what's wrong, where it's happening, how much it's costing you, which stores or customers are affected, and what to do next. The whole job in four words: data to decisions.
Pricing is per location: $5 a day on the Yearly Plus plan, billed yearly with support included, or $7 a day billed monthly. There are no setup fees and no hardware costs. See the pricing page for details.
Thrive works with the point-of-sale and ordering systems restaurants already run, including Toast, Clover, Square, SpotOn, Lightspeed, FoodTec, Olo, and Revel. If your system can produce a report or an export, we can almost certainly work with it. Ask us about anything not on this list.
Your POS reports tell you what happened, one report at a time, if you go looking. Thrive reads across all of them, plus your customer history, and brings the important findings to you, ranked by dollar impact. The difference is between owning a filing cabinet and having someone who has read every file and walks in each morning with the three things you need to know.
No hardware, and nothing at the store level. We connect to the systems you already use. Setup is measured in minutes, and your staff don't have to learn anything new. The people who benefit are the owners, operators, and managers reading the answers.
No. The heavy lifting happens on our side. Your systems keep doing their job; we do the analysis elsewhere and bring back the results.
It compares every store against the rest of your organization and against its own history, watching for stores that start behaving differently: voids creeping up, deliveries running late on certain nights, discounts growing faster than sales, a labor number that stops making sense. When something moves, Thrive flags it, estimates what it's costing, and points at the likely cause. It also tells you when a number can't be trusted because the underlying data isn't being captured properly, which is its own kind of problem.
Yes. This is one of the most valuable things it does. Thrive uses your complete order history to spot regulars who have gone quiet, separates them from one-time visitors, and identifies who is worth winning back and what offer they're most likely to respond to. Then it helps you actually reach them, and measures the campaign in orders that came back, not in emails opened.
CEO is our name for the whole job of being found and chosen online, done as one practice: search visibility (SEO), showing up in AI assistant answers (AEO), social media and online profiles, Google Business Profile and local maps, reviews and reputation, directory consistency, and the content itself: menus, photos, and pages that convert visits into orders. It's measured against your actual sales, not against rankings. Read more on the CEO page.
Yes. Corporate gets a single view across the whole organization; each franchisee and store operator gets the view of their own operation. Everyone works from the same numbers and the same understanding of the business, which tends to make franchise conversations a lot shorter.
Thrive starts by working through the history your systems already hold, often years of it, so the first findings usually arrive within days of connecting, not months. The continuous watching builds from there.
You do. Your business data and your customers' data remain yours. We process them solely to provide the service, we don't sell personal data, and if you leave, your data is deleted or returned on request. Details are in our privacy policy.
Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted and logged, and each customer's data is kept separate. We follow the standard practices you'd expect of a company whose whole product is your data. See the privacy policy for specifics.
Monthly billing can be cancelled anytime and simply runs out at the end of the paid period. Yearly billing runs to the end of its term. There are no cancellation fees.
